Unable to start process CRM.exe Start process injected C:\Program Files(x86)\OpenSpan\CRM Setup\CRM.exe failed
Back in March April time I completed the Pega RPA Essentials Training course and assessment. A new team member joined and began the same course but ran in to the issue of not able to interrogate. I then went back to my already completed training solution and was unable to interrorgate anything either.
The only thing I can think of is that our companies window version recently updated but from what I have read on other post is that the 1809 win 10 version issue was resolved in an update for Pega 8.0 SP1 in January, I would assume when I downloaded in March/April time that this would include that fix.
I am not unable to see any link other than option to download PEGA Platform Personal Edition. The message comes up: "You are not linked to an account. To be linked, ask your company’s Support Contact Administrator to link you. You will then be able to create and update requests to download software licensed to your organization. If you do not know who your Administrators are, ask a colleague who is already linked to tell you. Unfortunately, our support teams are unable to provide individuals’ name of the Support Contact(s) at your organization."
I tried to raise SR on Pega Support page, even that needs Account ID to be linked with my profile. Need more help on this.
