It looks like it is different on your client environment. If you just need to set double value manually - try "10,20" instead of "10.20". If you need to pass value from somewhere with different culture settings - take a look on Double.Parse method overloads, there are some that accept culture information. If you want your development environment to match client environment, take a look on Region - Additional Settings in Windows Control Panel and change it accordingly.
