Unable to switch between open service request for an interaction case after upgrade to Pega 8.4
After upgrading the application to Pega 8.4 from Pega 7.3, (CPMHC Framwork) .Once multiple service Requests are created for an interaction,(All the created service items are open) we are unable to switch between the open service items by clicking it through task menu. Please let us know what can be the reason
Please compare the existing upgrade application with the sample OOTB application provided by Pega and on analyzing the tracers of both sample application and the current application when trying to switch between the service cases. From here, you will get to know if there are any overrides in the existing upgraded application. Please correct the things accordingly.
