We have upgraded our application from 7.2 to 8.5 version. I tried to trace SLA agent from admin studio by selecting "Trace Now" and "Trace next Earlier run" but tracer window is not opening and nothing happens.
We have given the required roles "PegaRULES:SysOpsAdministrator" and "PegaRULES:SysOpsObserver" to the access group but still not working.
However if we try it with PEGA Sample application is it working for us.
