Unable to Trace Custom Rules while tracing agent through Agent Management Landing Page
There are two topics for which I would like to get the opinion of Pega Support Community.
1. I am unable to trace service activity when the payload gets queue to an Agent. Navigated to Agent Management Landing Page of Pega 7.2.2 and selected ProcessServiceQueue in the Node tab of Agent Management and selected Trace Next Run. Tracer session shows only 4 rows in it and none of Application Rulesets are seen. There is no option to change settings in tracer to select App Rulesets if it is not selected already.
2. Checkbox available for each agent to select for tracing in Agent Management is NOT shown in IE11 and I could see only in Firefox/Chrome browser.
