Question
Upgrade Estimator Tool stuck at 0%
I've installed the upgrade estimator tool on a PEGA 7.1.8 version to estimate the cost of upgrading .
I started the estimation process but it then stuck at 0%. Server restart didn't change anything. Found the below error in the logs.
Rule-Connect-SOAP.Data-PostUpgradeIssue-ServicesService-.TyGetDataForFilters Exception
com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.InvalidParameterException: cannot be null/empty. page: DataPage. Details: Invalid value for aReference passed to com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPageImpl.getString(String)

In case execution is exited because of any specific Rule Type, please follow the below steps to exclude the Rule Types those are causing the issue.
We can ignore Obj-open-by-handle error, if the pzInsKey is null. UET will handle those errors. We can also ignore the SOAP connectors errors. Please let me know you need any other information.
