Upload button not working for binary file
I'm trying to upload a binary file with the below specifications:
- Label: TestDoc
- App Name (Directory): webwb
- File Type (extension): png
When I click on the "Upload" button, nothing happens. However I'm able to download existing files to my local computer.
I'm assuming it's something trivial with the settings that's preventing me from uploading files. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Hi! Is there supposed to be some sort of dialog box when I hit "Upload"? It seems like nothing happens after I try to click the upload button, no pop-up or error msg. I tried to save the ruleset first but it's still the same.

After you upload, hit the download button and verify if the file has been uploaded. Also check the tracer file if there are any errors. Ideally after clicking the upload button and selecting the desired file you have to save the rule. With this the file should've been uploaded.
Additionally, ensure that the file type extension is just 'png' and not '.png'.

I did check that I had the correct extension for "png". However, when I click on upload, I don't see a window that would allow me to select the file.

Can you please save and then refresh the binary rule after uploading the image.
