Urgent: CTI Call pop-up Issue
We are using Pega 7.2.2 and Customer service framework.
We are facing an issue in production where the CTI call Pop-up window does not appear on screen when we are using Load balancing URL.
The issue does not occur when we use the JVM specific URL.
