Urgent work in the manager portal is empty

Hello everyone,

In my application, the cases routed to the manager are not appearing under the urgent work in the manager portal. However, if we launch the manager portal from the designer studio all the cases that were routed are appearing under the urgent worklist. Anyone help me to solve this problem.
