When ever a user whats to login to Pega designer studio, they type "machine-ip:port/prweb/PRServlet". Automatically the URL transforms to "machine-ip:port/prweb/PRServlet/Y4nUJyO-5wk%5B*/!STANDARD?". What exactly is happening in the back end which is resulting to this modification.
Also when this additional part (Y4nUJyO-5wk%5B*/!STANDARD?) is not added to above link, then the login screen will be displayed without CSS effect no matter which browser is been used.
This additional part (Y4nUJyO-5wk%5B*/!STANDARD?) varies in every login session.
How to overcome this above issue?
Because when the URL "machine-ip:port/prweb/PRServlet" is typed, sometimes it gets transformed and sometime it won't, which is resulting to unformatted view of login screen.
I can some of your questions. The additional part is the access group hash, which is involved in determining authorization. The reason it is getting appended is because it is required by PRPC to determine what you are allowed to access even before you have been authenticated by logging in.
As far as the unformatted login screen, I do not know why that is happening.
