Question
User can't able to access the application through SSO
Hello Team, In production 7.2.2 environment , we are facing issue like only one user can't able to login to the application. Application is accessed through SSO. When the user tries to access the application , following error message is displayed. "Status fail Message There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator Operator ID Unauthenticated or not available Requestor ID No ID available Timestamp Tue Nov 12 15:03:06 CET 2019 Engine Version PegaRULES 7.20 ML2 (PRPC-7.2.2-60) " From logs we could find Pega0019 exception for that particular user. The requestor id created in the requestor management is taking more time than the actual to process the request. But atlast it got failed and also it makes the requestor management inaccessible. As a result users can't able to login through this node. As per previous community help topics we have tried the following remedies but it doesn't works. 1. Cleared the requestor pool, cache memory of the nodes and restarted the JVM for the node. 2. Removed the operator id and reonboarded the user. 3. Access group of the user is verified. 4. No deployment or upgrade has been done on the application in recent times. Can someone provide some solution to resolve the issue? Thanks & Regards, S.Seetharaman

It happens here sometimes and it's often linked to Browser cache.
Is the operator created on the fly by SSO process or you first create it?
If created by login process, you could try deleting the record from operator list.
Then try new login. You could also delete and re-create manually and properly checking all parameters.
If possible for you, create the operator manually, perform a standard login/password connection without SSO. If OK, it means operator is fine.
so if SSO is again failing, it's the process in between.
still, for such error, it's usually working with browser refresh, or attempt in incognito.
last, are operators name/firstname/login like any other ones? no special characters?
