Posted: 2 years agoMitchell PEGA replied to AlexeyK6You should enable Debug logging by editing your OpenSpan.WinLogon.Service.exe.config and changing the log level from INFO to DEBUG. It should output more information for you to review. OpenSpan.WinLogon.Service.exe.config exists in the OpenSpan installation directory. Run CredMgr with the -l parameter. That will show you what is currently stored.
