I have a question about using facebook in Pega Marketing 7.1.3. I can't found any materials on pdn about it. As I can see Pega Marketing has some OOTB activities and connectors to working with facebook, but how I can use it in offer flow? Which scenarios that activities covers? How we can track feedback from customers? May be somebody knows abouit it and can give me brief description. Or may be exists some education materials regarding this.
It is perhaps a bit 'bigger' than your question, and not yet available in your version, but Pega Marketing has now extended from 'owned' channels (a company's own website, contact center, shops/branches, mobile app etc) into 'paid' channels (Facebook, Google, other paid platforms), through a (licensable) capability called Paid Media Manager.
