But that is designed to be run as mashup in a normal website for external customers, instead, my requeriment is to use it within the pega application, and I need to know if we are able to accomplish that requierement.
Hi @ArnoldG1 Pega Chat is not designed to run inside another Pega portal, since it uses mashup. There would be conflict with the operator using the Pega Customer Service portal and the Chat operator. Those are typically in separate applications, so they will result in session conflicts.
If you do want to have this, the chat would have to be deployed on a separate page and run in a different browser.
