Videos are not playable
I am not able to play any videos from Pega Accademy course . I went through some old posts and found that I need to go to "Set Preference" and change the video mode but the option is not visible to me. Please help.
Sorry that you are having problems playing the videos. Often these issues relate to your browser or network firewall settings. Please try using different browsers or computers and check if there are any restrictions on playing videos from your network administrator. If you are still having issues please respond with additional details in order that we may be able to better assist you, such as browsers and versions you tried, the name of the course that you are trying to complete and what type of videos are you able to play on your system.
We are not able to play the Video in all over the PDN sites. Not a single Video is playing. I tried with browser cache clearing and tried with different browsers and different computers but not able to play the video.
Please note all the videos on pega site are working fine. We all can play these videos.
Please confirm from where you are trying to play the videos. If you are trying to load the videos from your office desktop/laptop, might your firewall/ network settings are blocking the videos. In this case you need to get in touch with your office network team.
If you are not able to play videos at your home, make sure you are using the latest updated version of browser. If you still cant see the videos, then open the browser, hit F12, try to open the video and observe what error you are getting in the console. It might tell you the reason because of which you are not able to play the videos.
