Can anyone please help me to understand usage of views tab in case type rule. I have a scenario to display an independent section through out the case life cycle. Can i go with adding a view in case type rule. TIA.
Thanks Mark for the response. if I update existing views ( Create, Edit, Review ) those are coming under action menu. But my requirement is to display beside assignment. we are using customer service framework, the position of my section should not change even though new intent task has been initiated.
