Virtual Assistant in Pega Infinity 8.1

I'm using Pega Infinity. I'm working on Virtual Assistant. I'm trying to extract the "Subject" header entity in email channel interface. But its not fetching any value instead it remains blank. Can you please help me how to extract the "Subject" entity from email?
