Using PlugIn 19.1.14 to automate Visa Online VSPS on IE11 results in persistant error page when attempting to click on "Confirm" button on pop up form after having selected transactions in section 2 "Eligible Transaction Search"
The error page seems to be generic "Your request could not be processed due to a technical Error" and I have raised this with VISA. However, I am unable to replicate this error outside of the robot on either IE11 or EdgeChromium.
I will upgrade the plugin to most recent 19.1.65 version to see if this resolves the issue. Has anyone encountered this situation and found a successful workround. Thanks

I would suspect you are not actually clicking the right control. In my experience, when a page has an error when automated that doesn't normally occur, it is likely that the control you are clicking on isn't actually the correct one (that or the fields you are populating are not properly filled-out). It would likely require some hands-on investigation to be certain however.
