Voice over PegaCall not working with Avaya
For our application we have configured the AVAYA CTI link. But while making an outbound call the call is getting connected successfully but not able to speak or listen using headphones or removing the same from the laptop/desktop.
Have anyone else faced similar issue?
Pega 7.2.2 is being used along with PegaCall version 7.2.1.
