  2. 2. This report will contain the following information by Workbasket (Team)…
    1. a.       Received: Count any case created today (Today staring from 8:00:01 pm Est. from the previous day to current day ending at 8:00:00 pm Est.) or reopened today) or reopened today and the resolve status not equal to resolve file down or resolved duplicate.
    2. b.      Completed: Count all cases resolved today (Today staring from 8:00:01 pm Est. from the previous day to current day ending at 8:00:00 pm Est.) or reopened today) and the resolved status is not equal to resolve file down or resolved duplicate.
    3. c.       Current Open: Count all “I” (In process) and “P” (Pending) status.
