Watermark across the screen

Hi,

One of our application functionality is to mark the pages with a watermark across the screen as "Beta"

some thing link this.

Please suggest how to invoke the script to write the watermark across the screen

Hi Sunil, Good Morning!

would it make sense to attempt ....

  • create a css file
  • refer watermark binary image rule in css
  • configure css in harness rule under scripts & styles tab

Please share your observations/thoughts, Thank you!

Hi Phani,

Thanks for the info.I have created the objects you have mentioned.

But I am having problems with associating it with the window object.

Below is the snippet of code I am using but its not writing anything on the screen.But shows up in the alert.

window.document.body.insertAdjacentHTML("beforeEnd",myDiv);

Hi Phani,

I created a new background image and applied to application skin at the container level instead of defining at the harness level and it worked.
