We need to show a post-chat survey in the web chat.
We followed the steps in the guide without customizing anything in the survey, just to test the functionality. We flagged the "send post chat customer survey" in App studio and we chose one of the survey options. The problem is that every time we close the chat interactions the survey doesn't show up. In fact, nothing happens, the interaction closes as if the survey wasn't enabled at all.
If anyone has a solution for this, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
@LucaS377 Hi, the post chat survey will not be shown on the agent side, only on the user side. You description mentioning chat interactions is a bit confusing to me. Where are you looking for the survey?
