Web Chatbot Implementation for Temporary Case type

Hello All,

We are trying to implement web chatbot to create a case.

·       We take inputs from the users using simple question rule. Inputs are then mapped to properties

·       We want to initiate the case only if all inputs were provided by the users and system validated.

·       We are looking for something where we want to persist the case only after all information is present to initiate the case.

We tried to create the web chatbot on temporary case type, but it failed.

It works fine if we use non temporary option on case type

Can someone put your thoughts here?
