I have written 2 automations to consume 2 different web services using the serviceClient component from the toolbox.
The first web service returns a response successfully.
The second is returning an Error Message: Rejected by policy with Service trace: service error 0x00d30003 Service error header is HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error Content-Type: text/xml; charset="utf-8" X-Backside-Transport: FAIL, FAIL
I am unsure what this error may be and wondered if others may help provide insight(s).
I have been able to get a successful response testing the second web service with SoapUI. I have not written C# to consume a web service before, but would not be opposed to it. I am interested in what consuming it with a C# script may look like, but initially wanted to use the OpenSpan components as much as possible.
I don't see anything specific to that error message that clues me in to what the issue would be. You might require some hands on assistance (via an SR) to determine the root cause. Perhaps there is a level of authentication required that the component is not providing. If you do open an SR, please include the SR number here so that any resolution can be added to the post.
