What are the possible issues of having AES 3.5 monitoring Pega 7.1.6 application?

We have deployed AES 3.5 to monitor PEGA 7.1.6 application. It seems to be working fine at the moment.

What are the possible issues that may come up or AES may fail to pick up with this setup?

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
