IN View ProfileSushantSamuel PEGA replied to nagavenkatan1807Hi Nagavenkata, As Ashish mentioned, if you are mapping external DB to some class, you need to create Data-Admin-DB-Name instance. Access Use the Rules explorer to list database data instances on your system. Category The Data-Admin-DB-Name class contains database data instances. They are part of the SysAdmin category. Refer to below pdn link for more details. https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v62/procomhelpmain.htm#data-/data-admin-/data-admin-db-/data-admin-db-name/main.htm When you create Data-Admin-DB-Name instance you have to select from one of three choices. Use configuration in preferences to refer to a database/databases/pegarules element in the prconfig.xml file that defines the location, TCP/IP port, account name and password of a relational database. Use JDBC Connection Pool to use a connection pool defined by a Java Naming and Directory Interface (JNDI) facility. Use JDBC URL listed below to use a Universal Resource Locator to find the Java Database Connectivity information. Refer below pdn link for more details. https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v719/procomhelpmain.htm#data-/data-admin-/data-admin-db-/data-admin-db-name/database.htmhttps://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v719/procomhelpmain.htm#data-/data-admin-/data-admin-db-/data-admin-db-name/related.htm Hope this answers your query.
