What is the difference between Open Work Item and Open Selected Item actions?
What is the difference between Open Work Item and Open Selected Item actions.
As per my understanding Open Work Item will open first coverable work item in any parent case and Open Selected Item will open selected work item.
Can any one please give an answer with example.

Open work item: https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v719/procomhelpmain.htm#definitions/o/openworkitem.htm
An open work item is a work item that is not yet resolved, or was reopened after it was previously resolved. The property Work-.pyStatusWork determines whether a work item is open or resolved. Any status value that does not start with the literal text
Resolved
is an open status value.Open selected item means to open selected work item.
