Question
What is the difference between Service Invocations and Web User Invocations
From the System Usage Summary reports -
What is the difference between Service Invocations and Web User Invocations?
Lets say an application ACME has one Service exposed to be used by the other applications, and also integrates with external Systems.
Under what category would the calls coming from the external application and accessing ACME app through services fall under? Service / Web User invocations?
Under what category would the calls from ACME app to external applications through use of Pega Connectors fall under? Service / Web User invocations?
What are all the scenarios for the Web User Invocations - DWA, ??
Has the definition of the Web Users and Service Users changed from PEGA 5.X to PEGA 7.X?
Note:
Please don't point me to the Help file, as I have refered to the information in the help file and I'm not clear on the above points.

There are Services in Pega and then there are Connectors.
Under what category would the calls coming from the external application and accessing ACME app through services fall under?
>>> Service invocations.
This results in creating of Requestor Type - 'Application' (Starting with A)
Under what category would the calls from ACME app to external applications through use of Pega Connectors fall under?
>>> Connectors.
Browser based AcmeApp Operators performing user operations are your 'Web invocations'. This results in Requestor Type - 'Browser' (Starting with H)
