What does it mean pxRDBIOElapsed?
I can't find any information about this. The event says:
Database queries were executed X times, which accounted for Y% of interaction time.
pxRDBIOElapsed is the PAL0005. That is the total time it took to run queries as part of the interaction. In your case, one query ran twice for a total time of 19130ms. That's (almost) 100% of the PEGA0001 it is attached to, therefore you got an interaction time alert because of this query.
