What is package name of Connect SQL rule?

I used to use Oracle for database a lot and always typed "oracle" for package name in Connect SQL rule without thinking much. Now I use PostgreSQL a lot and want to create one. I tried to find one in the system but do not see any OOTB Connect SQL rule instances for PostgreSQL.

Should I enter "PostgreSQL"?

Package name

I understand Connect SQL can have its DBMS specific syntax but what if my SQL statement is generic and works on any DBMS (ie. DELETE)? In that case should I write "All", or "PostgreSQL"? Does this package name string actually matter? Or is this just informational and it doesn't affect anything? ("PostgreSQL" and "postgres" makes any difference?)

Thanks,
