I would try to pull someone from DSM team to provide better help on this. Posted: 4 years agoAvinash.Haridasu Morgan Stanley replied to Avinash.Haridasusure thanks. lets see what DSM has to say about the service types Posted: 4 years ago__Akash__ PEGA replied to Avinash.HaridasuWhy do you want to delete the DSM service types? Are you facing any problems with those? All of the services in DSM 7.2.1 require that the D-Node infrastructure is configured on the services LP. Each of these services has a purpose based on the required functionality and implementation. Posted: 4 years agoCONNECTS Financial Services replied to Avinash.HaridasuIf you just want to disable dnode you could use a dss to do so Posted: 4 years agoAvinash.Haridasu Morgan Stanley replied to Avinash.HaridasuThanks for the reply. I'm just trying to understand why we need the service type rules and what's their significance. Posted: 4 years ago__Akash__ PEGA replied to Avinash.HaridasuThe DSM 7.2.1 Operations guide mentions the Service types which are not necessarily Rule-Service-%%%% instances. The Service Types referred are the Decisining specific services ( like ADM or VBD) which can be used as per the business use case. Hope this helps.
