Thank you for posting your query on PSC. I have sent this feedback to the Pega documentation team by creating a documentation request item on our internal portal - PMF. The Request ID is listed under the Related Support Case Number field in your post above. Since you are a Pega employee, you could track it yourself. I would also update this post for any progress on this request.
There is no consolidated document but individual documents for each topic you have mentioned. However its a good to have atleast the port configuration for all the applications we use with Pega in one document.
