Cases can have SLA's at various levels and presumably in this pecking order: Case, Stage, Process, Step. Questions:
1. From an App Studio perspective, I see SLA status displayed on step with an SLA. If there is a case SLA, then the case SLA status is displayed above the Step SLA. I do not see where the Stage or porcess SLA is displayed.
2. Is Displaying Stage and Process Level SLA customer configuration for App Studio?
