Where should I look into if the camp_result_proc is not populating status during the campaign run
Hi,
I created a view in the Formerly Cordiant Marketing Directory. When we are executing the campaign to send out emails, the camp_result_proc is not updated with no of emails sent. As a result, I am not do a rerun of the campaign; otherwise, the customer will be receiving duplicate email.
Kindly advise where shall I look into so that I am able to track the campaign, and just do a rerun of the campaign.
