White screen is getting displayed
White screen is getting displayed when logged in user portal through SSO initially. after refreshing the screen, able to see the user portal again. It is occurring intermittently for random users.

Hi Rakesh
Collect two fiddler traces (from the moment you try to login) one for the working user and another for the non-working user and compare the differences.
If fiddler is not available, use network trace.
Is this happening only with a particular browser (say IE 11) or any browser (Chrome/Firefox)?
Do you not see the issue if you directly log in to the application without SSO?
