Posted: 3 years agomahab_GCS PEGA replied to Rakeshr7Hi Rakesh Collect two fiddler traces (from the moment you try to login) one for the working user and another for the non-working user and compare the differences. If fiddler is not available, use network trace. Is this happening only with a particular browser (say IE 11) or any browser (Chrome/Firefox)?
