Why can't I raise a support request, I am not able to see create option in the portal?
Not able to see create option in My support portal. Find the attached screenshot.

These might be the few reasons, why you are not able to create a support request.
-You are not affiliated with a Pega Account or you are not an Authorized Account Contact?
Not to worry, you can contact your Support Contact Administrator to get it fixed.
