Each Organization may want to override/specialize certain Work-Cover-defined rules. The applies-to class of the overridden rule would need to be the Organization name as opposed to Work-Cover-. An example of a Work-Cover- rule that can be specialized per Organization is the Footer Email Correspondence rule.
