Thanks Paul. Added pegasystems to trusted sites but I cannot find the WordMacroManagerDot file in the templates folder. I am using word merge and have all the suggested setup.
WordMacroManagerDot .dot file wasn't generated
Any thought on why WordMacroManagerDot.dot file is missing?

Hi,
WordMacromanagerdot.dot template file is usually stored in ..\Microsoft\Templates.
On my system, it is under C:\Users\<MyUserName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates
Please check your system.
First, make sure the Pega URL is in the trusted sites of the browser.
What is being displayed? The property reference itself and not the value? For example :
