There are rules associated with the cloud based environments. Please note the following rules:
Rule number 1: Exercise systems must be logged into at least once every 7 days (every 2 days for the 4-hour courses)
It is important to note that this is not about completing lessons – it is specifically about logging in to the exercise system w/in the inactivity period. There are some courses that have longer inactivity periods, but we are working our way through all the courses and bringing the inactivity periods into alignment. For what it is worth, a seven-day inactivity period gives someone 32 weeks to complete the BAE or SAE courses.
Rule number 2: Inactivity periods are clearly stated each time the student accesses the exercise system
There is a note in the popup window that reads: Your exercise system will be deleted if you do not log into it or complete a lesson within 7 consecutive days (whichever circumstance occurs first). This means all your work will be lost. The number of days is programmatically displayed based on the inactivity period defined for each course.
Rule number 3: Exercise systems do not survive after course completion
After a student completes a course, an exercise system is no longer available. It is important to note that someone can go back to their completed course and access an exercise system. However, it will be a new exercise system each time.
Could it be that you have logged in outside the 7 day window or perhaps completed the course?
If this is not the case, I will need to raise the issue with our Pega Academy Support team.
