work object is not covered

Issue:


There is an error "Work object   SR-267177-1 is not covered by   SR-267177" when user search sub case " SR-267177-1" in smart search on top of portal.

And when User opens Main Case  SR-267177 there is no sub case in assignment list in Overview Tab.

And when User opens Main Case  SR-267177 there is no sub case in assignment list in Overview Tab.


But if they open the same sub case from work-basket then it gets opened.


Note: this issue is sporadic.

pxCoveredCount and pxCoveredCountOpen are 0 and -5 respectively.

pxCoveredInsKeys are empty.

Can anyone please shed light on this?
