CA View Profile ShruthiMukka_GCS Member since 2014 3 posts PEGA Posted: June 10, 2016Last activity: June 13, 2016Posted: 10 Jun 2016 2:51 EDTLast activity: 13 Jun 2016 10:15 EDT Closed Solved work object is not coveredIssue:There is an error "Work object SR-267177-1 is not covered by SR-267177" when user search sub case " SR-267177-1" in smart search on top of portal.And when User opens Main Case SR-267177 there is no sub case in assignment list in Overview Tab.But if they open the same sub case from work-basket then it gets opened.Note: this issue is sporadic.pxCoveredCount and pxCoveredCountOpen are 0 and -5 respectively.pxCoveredInsKeys are empty.Can anyone please shed light on this?
