workbasket list incomplete when doing Bulk Action, Assigned to workbasket, transfer to workbasket

Steps to Reproduce:

Using IE 11

  1. Log into Case Manager Portal.
  2. Run Bulk Actions.
  3. In the Filter Properties, select "Assigned to WorkBasket" "is equal to" enter a filter value.
  4. click Filter Cases button
  5. select a case
  6. for select action choose Transfer Assignment
  7. for transfer to choose workbasket
  8. click in the workbasket dropdown selector
  9. only the first 50 workbaskets are shown (there are 492 workbaskets)
