Workbaskets shown with regards to my default work group
when working with 'Edit case type " as developer, when i try to route an assignment to work basket (work queue) we get the drop down option of workbaskets based on the default work group mentioned on my operator id. but as a developer shouldn't i be able to route the workbasket as appropriate. I am able to edit 'route to' directly in the flow rule and route to the correct workbasket. Once i edit the same in process flow, save and come back to the edit case type (life cycle tab) still it shows wrong workbasket, (not the one that i have routed to from the flow).
This isn;t a much important question, but then it shows 2 different workbaskets routed to (different in life cycle tab of the approve/reject shape and correct one in the flow rule)
I could change the default workgroup in my operator id and then log off and login back to see the correct workbasket mapped in case type.
When you open the Edit case type, it does show the old workbasket value. However, when you click on Actions->Refresh, the correct workbasket value gets populated (That is the one configured in the flow).
