Workflow to look at analyze directory of PDF, Spreadsheets, and Word docs to come up with assessment scoring

New to Pega. Just tell me where to start and where to look but I want to develop and automated Workflow to look at analyze directory of PDF, Spreadsheets, and Word docs to come up with assessment scoring based upon identification of key words contained in the directory. Also if there was some way to identify key elements of diagrams to make sure they are addressed within the directory of "artifacts" or "evidence.
