There is customer service application that has integration with Aspect telephony system via ESB. Added popup functionality, when there is a call from customer in Aspect portal through HTTP long pooling mechanism; a popup is triggered in PEGA portal to display contract information based on phone number/caseID/Contract number.
Recently there is a production issue, once a customer called to aspect; popup is triggered with wrong contract data in PEGA portal. This issue is intermittent; checked from application code level perspective and not able to find the root cause as issue is not reproducible every time.
Can anyone, please suggest whether any such issue has happened in your application. what would be the fix for it. Thanks.
We had similar issue on CS 7.1.3 Pega 7.3.1 version. The issues was we had email address as a link (Email as read only format) in the header section. When user clicks on that link to open their mailbox to send email to customer. The form is corrupted and the previous customer information was loaded in the popup.
