The user is getting the following error when she is interacting with multiple customers. Say, she has open a case and left the case for more than 30 minutes while she is on another case, while she come back on first case and got this error message-

and the minutes she clicks on Close. the Screens seems to freeze with the last account she was working on; and Only way to get close completely and go back in. Please advise,it's impacting application most of the time.
