Unfortunately this shows there was an issue encountered and the system got corrupted. You have 2 ways to proceed further.
The best option you have is to start with a new clean VM ware, and redo the steps you have done so far. Sorry for this.
Alternatively, you can login as firstname.lastname@example.org/install , lookup the SystemArchitect operator, and try to fix the default AccessGroup by assigning a valid value. Most probably what you will se eis that the operator has the "Rollback" as the default access group, which is an invalid one.
