Unable to start the server after installing Pega 7.1.8 version

Hi,

I am facing the below errors when Im starting the server in my laptop.  Issue is with Pega PRPC 7.1.8

C:\Pega%207.1.8\PRPCPersonalEdition\tomcat\webapps\prweb\WEB-INF\lib\boot\prbootphase2.jar (The system cannot find the path specified)
Perhaps executing with a non-standard classpath (e.g. JUnit tests)?

When pega installed for first time, I am able to logon to pega without any issues but next time when I start the server I am facing these errors and pega is not launched. I am receiving the 404 error when launching pega login screen.

Solutions tried..

I have tried deleting the pega and reinstalling it but still no use.

Same issue is happening with other versions of Pega as well(pega 6.3 SP1)

Is this the issue with my laptop or am I missing something ?

Kindly suggest the solution for the same.

Thanks in advance !!
