Administrator password reset after first time setup
Hi All,
I have installed Pega 7.4 and gave an initial password for administrator@pega.com.
Upon accessing the site after installation I was taken to 'Change password' screen which I simply ignored by closing the page. After a week when I tried to login I find my original password is not working.
Has the password expired in the meanwhile and there is no way to login now?
How do I work around this situation by resetting the password?
Also, Can I access the DB tables to reset the password directly?

So if you are using Pega Cloud you can raise a request, we will make DB changes for you.
If you are not on Pega Cloud then take the properators table single record from a working environment and add the row in the non-working environment.
