1. PRPC uses database table "PR_SYS_QUEUE_SLA" to hold the SLA records of each WorkObject created until the WorkObject is resolved. Once the Work Object is resolved then the record is deleted from this table automatically by PRPC.
2. Yes. Via SMA > Agent Management > System Queue Management. View the items with "Scheduled" status and type SLA.
