Agents query

1.When you disable the ‘Pega-ProCom: Correspondence & SLA events’ agent for sending correspondence, where these emails/correspondence is stored? 2.When ‘Pega-ProCom: Correspondence & SLA events’ agent is disabled? Is it possible to see the Correspondence rules that are there in the queue persistent in a DB,What and when to use SLAS?
