Audit Trail
Hi, the client wants a way for them to see which rules in the decision flow are being fired (aka where is the case moving in each step of the decision flow) for each case. I know that the audit trail OOTB follows a high level process on where the case is in its lifecycle but is there a way to see where the case is moving in the decision flow? Thanks for taking the time to answer this!
Hello Brandon,
Thanks for posting your query in PSC. :)
The purpose of audit trail is as below(Refer https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v721/procomhelpmain.htm#definitions/a/audittrail.htm):
An audit trail refers to the history of a work item. Open the Audit tab on a user form to access the audit trail, which shows information that includes which operators worked on the work item and when, and what automatic processes were performed by the application.
Would Where Am I feature suffice at your end? The Where-am-I? feature enables a user to view the current location of inflight work within its case life cycle (stages and step) and current process diagram.
Refer https://pdn.pega.com/sites/pdn.pega.com/files/help_v721/procomhelpmain.htm#basics/portal/processwork/whereami.htm?Highlight=where am i
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Rincy
